To protect both the customer and our brand, an unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damages, missing items, or wrong products.
The video must be recorded from the start of the unboxing (showing the sealed package and shipping label clearly).
The video must be continuous with no cuts or edits.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will unfortunately not be entertained.
Timeline: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 2–7 business days across India.
Tracking: A tracking ID will be sent to your registered email or phone number once the order leaves our hub.
Krazy Kicks does not accept returns or provide refunds. All sales are final. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
We offer a flexible replacement policy if you face size or style issues:
First Replacement: Your first replacement is 100% Free. We will send new pair at no extra cost.
Subsequent Replacements: Any additional replacements for the same order will incur a Forward Shipment Charge (to be paid by the customer).
Eligibility: Items must be in same, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. the box should not be damaged
