How can I track my order? Once your kicks are dispatched from our Udaipur hub, we will send you a tracking link via SMS and Email.
Can I return my shoes for a refund? No. At Krazy Kicks, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we do offer a replacement if you have size or style issues.
Is the replacement really free? Your first replacement for any order is 100% Free. We cover the reverse pickup and the new shipping. For any second or subsequent replacement on the same order, a forward shipping fee will apply.
Why do I need to record an unboxing video? Since we ship across India, an unboxing video is mandatory. it is the only way to verify claims regarding damages during transit or incorrect items being sent.
How do I record a valid unboxing video? 1. Start recording before you break the seal of the outer courier bag. 2. Show the shipping label clearly on camera. 3. Open the box and inspect the shoes in one continuous, unedited video.
